Moderator for Online Community (Aarhus, Denmark)
We are in need of a skilled Moderator to join our growing online community team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our users. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and managing user activity, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-versed in social media platforms, and have a passion for creating a sense of community. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. The role does not include accommodation but offers free visa and ticket assistance for non-Danish applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and handle any violations or disputes
- Engage with users to foster positive relationships and encourage participation
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve the overall user experience
- Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies for growing the online community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a moderator or community manager in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Strong understanding of online communities and their dynamics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with content moderation tools is an advantage
