Computer Support Specialist



We are in need of a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, both remotely and on-site. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients' computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide remote or on-site support to customers in a timely manner.
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Set up user accounts and troubleshoot access issues.
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Education/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Vejle. Salary starts at 1400$ per month. Travel may be required occasionally for on-site support. We offer opportunities for professional development through training programs and certifications.
