As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various projects to ensure they meet high quality standards. Your main duties will include sanding, painting, staining, and varnishing surfaces, as well as repairing any imperfections or damages. You will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment and work areas.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a finisher and possess knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials. Attention to detail, time management skills, and physical stamina are also important qualities for this position. The ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required.
