We are in need of a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on system usage
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and assist with resolving them
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep track of technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Multan, Pakistan. Candidates must be willing to work from our office location.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is required for this position.
