IT Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new equipment and software
- Educate clients on the proper use of technology
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. Candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed.
