Job Title: Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running effectively and efficiently. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, along with a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and networks
- Install and configure software, drivers, and updates
- Set up new computers and devices for clients
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and accurately
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$, with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is based in Multan.
