Data Analyst (Multan, Pakistan)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Multan. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and we welcome applications from women.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and interpreting data from various sources
- Identifying patterns and trends using statistical methods
- Creating reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with team members to develop strategies based on data insights
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular maintenance and cleaning
- Communicating complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Experience creating reports and visualizations using BI software (e.g. Tableau)
- Knowledge of data management best practices
- Excellent communication skills
