Entry Level Mason



As an Entry Level Mason, you will be responsible for assisting experienced masons in the construction, repair, and maintenance of various structures. This is a contract job located in Porto, with a salary of $1100 per month. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Additionally, accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Portuguese nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced masons in carrying out construction tasks such as mixing and hauling materials, laying brick or stone, and finishing surfaces
- Clean work areas and equipment to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but basic knowledge of construction techniques is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job
