Crane Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Greenland. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites or in industrial settings. Your role will also involve maintaining the cranes and ensuring they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes according to job requirements
- Use hand signals or radio communication to safely direct the movement of loads
- Inspect the crane before each shift and perform necessary maintenance or repairs
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating the crane
- Keep accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Strong knowledge of crane operations, safety regulations, and hand signals
- Physically fit and able to work at heights in all weather conditions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
