We are hiring an experienced IT Systems and Network Administrator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. As the IT Systems and Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain security protocols for all network devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for all systems.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Provide technical support to employees in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
