Office Assistant - Part Time (Visa Sponsorship Available)
Location: Herning, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and competent Office Assistant to join our team in Herning. As a part-time employee, you will support our office operations with tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing schedules.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Denmark with visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing general administrative support to the office as needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.
