We are seeking a responsible and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Herning on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office expenses and process invoices for payment
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and bookkeeping
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements:
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
