Job Title: Sales Manager - Indian Market
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Indian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from Indian customers. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and monitoring their performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns for the Indian market
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
Salary: 1600$ per month + commission on sales
Location: This position is based in Wiltz but will require occasional travel within India.
