Sales Manager for Kenyan Candidates in Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve company sales goals. You will also develop and implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train new sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Kenyan national currently living in Wiltz or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (sales experience required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
