Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage changes in project scope or schedule as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.)
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish within budget constraints
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
