Job Title: Foundry Technician


We are currently seeking a skilled Foundry Technician to join our team in Nakuru. As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of metal castings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment, such as furnaces, molding machines, and sand mixers
- Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in a foundry or similar environment
- Knowledge of foundry processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork skills

Salary:
$900 per month

Location:
Nakuru, Kenya
