We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Khanpur. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation and leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that showcase the best of local and international cuisine
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and supervise all kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed by the kitchen staff at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant manager to develop cost-effective menus without compromising on quality
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with kitchen staff as well as customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality
- Must have a passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen setting
- Must have prior experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef

Salary: 1100$ monthly salary (without accommodation)
