A well-established restaurant in Khanpur is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team of chefs. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$, including free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee menu development, ensuring all dishes are of high quality, visually appealing, and align with the restaurant's concept
- Train, manage, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food production and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new ideas for menu items or special events
- Manage food costs by controlling portion sizes, minimizing waste, and utilizing cost-effective ingredients

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop team members effectively
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating new dishes and continuously improving existing ones
- Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
