Job Title: Welder - Contract Position in Porto


A reputable construction company in Porto is seeking an experienced Welder to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous welding experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal structures
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all welds meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Familiarity with various types of metal including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1200 per month. This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime hours.

Location:
This position is located in Porto, Portugal. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to this area for the duration of the contract.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. There may be potential for extension based on project needs.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing during the duration of the contract.

Visa and Travel:
The company will provide a free visa for the selected candidate. However, candidates are responsible for their own travel expenses.
