We are seeking a friendly and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at our cozy restaurant in Svalbard. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers throughout their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setting up tables for new guests
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and drink menus
- Attention to detail for order accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $900 per month (with the possibility of earning tips)
Location: Svalbard (accommodation provided)
Visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens.
