Data Analytics Specialist
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business decisions. This role requires strong programming skills, advanced knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights from large datasets
- Identify trends and patterns in data and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop solutions
- Design experiments to test hypotheses and analyze results
- Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/R/SQL
- Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
