IT Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Odense. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, secure, and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans to support company growth
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Ensure data security through regular backups, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures
- Monitor network performance and address any issues or outages promptly
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their use in improving business processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
- Knowledge of data analysis and project management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Odense (no accommodation provided)

Preference will be given to candidates with a biometric passport. This is a full-time position.
