Senior Architect in Acre, Pakistan


We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Acre, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements, budget limitations, and building codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and experience managing a team of architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new projects, from concept development to construction documentation
- Review and approve project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines, as well as subcontractor relationships
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on architectural solutions
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
The position is based in Acre, Pakistan. However, due to the current global pandemic situation, remote work may be considered until it is safe for employees to return to the office.
