Senior Architect



We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Architect to join our team in Acre. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design process from conception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process, including conceptualization, planning, and implementation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop designs that meet their expectations
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications for construction projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and technologies in architecture
- Identify opportunities for business development and participate in client presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds

We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. Indian nationals are preferred but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
