Executive Chef (Temporary)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis in the city of Os, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and creativity, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute innovative menus to meet the needs of our clients
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, presentation, and safety
- Manage inventory and food costs to ensure profitability
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Must be able to provide own accommodation during the temporary position
