Temporary Executive Chef
Location: Os, Norway
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the preparation of meals for our clients. This position requires someone with a passion for cooking and a creative approach to food.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus according to client preferences and dietary requirements
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Proficient in menu planning, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Creative approach to food with the ability to develop unique menus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for this temporary position.
