Job Title: Restaurant Manager
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in Bergen. As a Contract employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Train and manage staff to maintain a positive work environment
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of successful budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
