Architecture Manager - La-Condamine, Monaco



As an Architecture Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality designs within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with design plans
- Review architectural drawings and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
