Part-time Architecture Manager


As a part-time Architecture Manager in La-Condamine, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects on a part-time basis. Your main focus will be on coordinating with clients and architects to ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects to develop design concepts and plans
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project
- Ensure quality control throughout the project
- Conduct site visits as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in architecture or project management preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on a part-time schedule

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1400$ per month.

Location:
La-Condamine, Monaco (Preference for candidates already located in this area)
