Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Greenland. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for suitable candidates.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are being met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Previous experience working in Greenland (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Greenlandic or Danish proficiency is a plus)
