Office Assistant
Location: La Condamine, Monaco
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in La Condamine. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
Salary:
$1600 per month
