Welder


A reputable construction company in Lusail is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment on our construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and welding techniques
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to weld different types of metals using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Repair damaged metal components by welding or replacing parts as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in a construction setting
- Must have strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment maintenance
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Lusail, Qatar.

This position requires proficiency in English both written and verbal. We are looking for candidates who can effectively communicate with our diverse team.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm. We do not offer part-time positions at this time.

While we value education, this position requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience. We do not offer student jobs or internships.
