Indian Chef - English Speaking (Moscow)


We are a prestigious restaurant located in Moscow and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who is fluent in English to join our team. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and flavorful Indian dishes while maintaining a high level of culinary standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to the restaurant's menu
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the restaurant's standards
- Create new and innovative Indian dishes to add to the menu
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Manage inventory and maintain stock levels for ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficiency in English is a must, as you will be communicating with English-speaking customers and colleagues
- Strong knowledge and understanding of traditional Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with medical insurance, paid vacation time, and other benefits.
