Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Moscow)



As a leading fine dining restaurant in Moscow, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure high quality and consistent dishes are served according to established standards
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed while controlling costs and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the kitchen department
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene regulations and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to effectively train and communicate with staff from different backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications preferred
