We are hiring an experienced Handyman to join our team in Porto. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings and properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Inspect buildings and properties for potential problems and report findings to the supervisor
- Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks on a daily basis
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with no accommodation provided. The candidate must have their own visa or be eligible to work legally in Porto.
