Part-Time Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and ensure all expenses are tracked and recorded accurately
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure that the office is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working part-time or in a flexible schedule environment
- Knowledge of Portuguese language is a plus
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
