Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Greenland



We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in Greenland. As a seasonal restaurant, we are looking for someone who can commit to working during the peak tourist season from May to September.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in restaurant management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience as a manager in an international setting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times
- Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work culture
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Create and implement promotions or special events to attract customers during the off-season period

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a biometric passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of employment contract

Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job based in Greenland. The salary for this role is 1600$ per month. As this is a remote location, accommodation will be provided by the company. However, candidates must be able to adapt to living in an isolated environment with limited resources.
