Assistant Restaurant Manager

Our upscale restaurant in Herning is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for students or individuals without prior experience in a management role. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop promotional strategies to increase business
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
