Restaurant Manager
We are currently hiring a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Herning. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and training staff members, including hiring and scheduling
- Overseeing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintaining excellent customer relations and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitoring budget and financial performance of the restaurant
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Managing all administrative tasks, such as payroll, invoicing, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food industry preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Biometric passport for international travel.
