Online Consultant for E-commerce Platform

Our growing e-commerce platform is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Horsens. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. Your main responsibilities will include responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone, as well as monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to improve the overall customer experience on our platform. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and has excellent communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and managing customer reviews and feedback on our platform
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve the overall customer experience on our platform
- Staying updated on product knowledge and new features to better assist customers
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes or procedures related to online support

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers, internet browsers, and online tools
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Horsens, Denmark. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Due to the nature of the role, occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
