Contract Barista in Randers

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to work on a contract basis in our coffee shop located in Randers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee shop.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies when needed.
- Train new employees on how to make different types of coffee drinks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista with knowledge of various coffee brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards for food handling.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Randers.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position. The working hours will be flexible, but the candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
