As an Entry-Level Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online conversations and discussions on various platforms. You will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring that it complies with our company's policies and guidelines. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations on various platforms
- Review user-generated content for compliance with company policies
- Moderate discussions and respond to user inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices
- Identify potential issues or violations and escalate as needed
- Keep up-to-date with company policies and industry trends related to moderation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company policies
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
