Head Chef - International Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Head Chef to lead our international cuisine kitchen team in Albena, a popular resort city on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase a diverse range of international flavors and cuisines. You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team of chefs and ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining food costs. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that feature a variety of international cuisines
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, plating and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Monitor food inventory levels and control costs to achieve budget goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and catering services
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in an international cuisine restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines from around the world
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff effectively
- Proficient in menu planning, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dishes while also maintaining traditional favorites
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
