Architecture Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team based in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design plans for various architectural projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and engineers
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month. This is a full-time position suitable for men. Accommodation will not be provided.
