Construction Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Nakuru, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and equipment, and be able to plan, organize, and manage construction activities from start to finish. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining accurate project records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Nepali nationals are preferred for this position. This is a physically demanding role that may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Salary is $1500 per month with no accommodations provided. Men are encouraged to apply.
