Barista - Coffee Enthusiast

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Porto. As a Coffee Enthusiast, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing coffee drinks while providing excellent customer service. You should have a strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and sanitization
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling payments
- Stay up-to-date on new coffee trends, products, and techniques
- Educate customers on different coffee blends, origins, and flavor profiles
- Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the customer's experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Porto. Candidates must have their own valid visa or work permit.
