Title: Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to gather data and create maps or reports for clients. Your role will also involve working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate site measurements and compliance with project plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and legal documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project plans by conducting quality checks on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in surveying technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CAD software for map creation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: US (open to all nationalities)
