Junior Back-End Developer

As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our company's back-end systems. This is a full-time position based in Esbjerg, suitable for men with or without experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby and experience working with relational databases like MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining back-end systems for our company
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure data security and protection by implementing appropriate measures
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into our systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Biometric passport is required for employment
