Office Manager Assistant - Entry Level (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager Assistant to join our team in Roskilde. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month, and we provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Danish nationals. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers without any previous experience to gain valuable skills and experience in office management.
As the Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office manager and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. You will also be in charge of managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with other departments.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have basic computer skills. Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred but not required.
This role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team. You should have a positive attitude, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have excellent time management skills. As this is an entry-level position, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has the willingness to take on new challenges.
