We are searching for a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Malindi, Kenya. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Experience handling cash transactions is preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
